Apply adequate amount of mask on face and neck at night after cleansing.
No need to rinse off.
Start with 2-3 times a week & build up as skin adjusts.

This is my first quench purchase so I can't rate it yet
Great product! Literally wakeup and it's like my acne is smaller and my face smoother. Had a mild sting on the first night but that was it. I love it!
